Popovers

Yum

Tasty, airy rolls to serve with a beef roast or whenever the mood strikes you. We love these with Roast Prime Rib of Beef or Grilled Round Roast.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cups milk
1 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Whisk all together and pour into 4 greased ramekins or popover pan, filling 1/2 full. 

Bake 25 minutes. Lower heat to 350 and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. 

 Immediately remove from ramekins and serve hot with lots of butter!

*recipe can easily be doubled.
