Barbecue Meatloaf

Oh, yes, this is so good!  A meatloaf made with homemade barbecue sauce!  Tender, juicy, full of flavor. The sauce is sweet and tangy with a just a little bite.  Soooooo good!

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1-2 tsp garlic salt
1-2 tsp. dried minced onion (or dice some fresh onion)
2 tsps. parsley leaves
1-2 tsp. course ground black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (we used the hubs homemade barbecue sauce)

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape into loaf and place in prepared baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray).

Brush additional barbecue sauce on top of meatloaf.  Bake 1 hour.  Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.

Serve with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
